El Hadji Diouf is banned from driving after he was sentenced for three offences last year. He has been banned from driving for six months with charges of speeding and driving without a valid licence and insurance certificate. This driving ban has been given because of the number of penalty points he incurred. El Hadji Diouf was also fined £810.
I think it is a good thing that El Hadji Diouf is banned from driving. In Holland you do not lose your licence easily. You almost have to murder someone when you are speeding to lose your licence. I think that banning someone off the road is a good solution to stop this madness. Especially young drivers are often speeding and it costs a lot of lives. To stop that a big fine and a driving ban is a very good solution. Every driver will think twice before speeding again!
